Proposal Voting tokens can be deposited into the contract signaling the one of the following:

Yes

Resolve the Proposal executing affirmative proposal action as defined by the proposal

Abstain

Resolve the proposal with no action.

No

Resolve the proposal with no action

Vault Proposal

Withdraw the proposer’s Vault Proposal Developer Funding Minimum of stablecoin collateral from the vault proposal contract to YFD Treasury Contract Withdraw amount of user’s locked $YFD to YFD Treasury3 $YFD amount to withdraw is fYFD Minimum Amount for Vault Proposal2 divided by user’s total fYFD points, multiplied by the user’s total locked $YFD.

Governance Proposal

Withdraw amount of user’s locked $YFD to YFD Treasury3 $YFD amount to withdraw is the fYFD Minimum Amount for Governance Proposal3 divided by user’s total fYFD points, multiplied by the user’s total locked $YFD.

Emergency Proposal

Withdraw amount of user’s locked $YFD to YFD Treasury3 $YFD amount to withdraw is YFD Minimum Amount for Emergency Proposal3 divided by user’s total fYFD points, multiplied by the user’s total locked $YFD.

🈴Affirmative / Approval Requirements

How to determine if a proposal vote outcome General Requirements for All Proposals Vote achieves quorum — as a % of all outstanding votes, as defined here. Plurality of YES votes — Largest vote proportion is YES / Affirmative. Governance Proposals All General Requirements are met. The governance parameter defined voting period has ended. Vault Proposals All General Requirements are met. The respective voting period has ended. Funding Requirement — Funding requirement defined in the proposal parameters has been reached. Emergency Veto / Cancellation Proposal All General Requirements are met. Special Execution for Emergency Proposal — As soon as these requirements are met, the Emergency proposal can be executed: Vote achieves enhanced quorum — as defined here. Absolute Majority — YES votes must meet the majority requirement here. Special Exemptions for Emergency Proposal Does not require its voting period to have ended to execute the proposal. Emergency proposals with Affirmative majority and Quorum can be executed immediately. Does not count towards the Active Proposal Maximum for an individual. Does not require the Proposal Submission Cooldown Period for an individual to be exceeded. Note: For Emergency proposals, there is an additional “YES (penalize original proposer)” voting option to penalize the proposer of the proposal being canceled. This penalizes the proposer of the proposal being canceled, in the event where the original proposal is seen as submitted maliciously or in bad faith against the Boule of $YFD.

🙅Rejection Requirements

Any ONE of the following criteria being true means the proposal is to be rejected at voting period expiry of the respective proposal type.

Criteria that qualify ANY Proposal for Rejection: Quorum requirement not met Majority of votes cast are No and/or No with Veto

Rejection Criteria for Vault Proposals Any of the General Criteria Funding Requirement not fulfilled

Rejection Criteria for Emergency Proposals Any of the General Criteria Enhanced Quorum requirement not met Emergency Majority % with affirmative votes not met
